This will require reviewing of your nutrition and engaging into regular physical activity.

You should understand that you will have to exclude from your diet a lot, yet you can allow some delicacies from time to time (again, within reasonable limits).

*Do not forget that your body needs a sufficient amount of liquid. Sweet shop juices, sodas, beer, any alcoholic drinks are enemies to our body, as they are all high in calories and can not be considered useful.

During the day, you can pamper yourself with one cup of natural coffee and two cups of tea. However, the main liquid must be purified or still mineral water (not less than 1.5 liters per day). As you know, water occupies a large volume in the stomach and dulls hunger.

Therefore, when you get light hunger and don’t know what to eat, better drink a glass of water better. If you drink a glass of water 20 minutes before a meal, the amount of food that you eat will be much smaller.

You need to introduce into your menu as much raw vegetables and fruits, as possible, especially green ones, like:

  • green pepper,
  • celery,
  • broccoli,
  • Brussels sprouts,
  • green apples.

Lack of vitamins and minerals significantly affects the overall well-being. Therefore, your food should be enriched with vitamins.

Yes, yes, that’s right! Sleep and rest more! Lack of sleep leads to stress for the body, and its “abundance” increases stress resistance and reduces fatigue. It turns out that we burn more calories while sleeping than we do while simply sitting in a chair watching a favorite movie.

Observe moderation in nutrition and avoid overeating. Your food intake should be split into 4-5 times a day, and it should be regular:

  • obligatory breakfast,
  • lunch,
  • afternoon snack,
  • dinner (no later than 3-4 hours before going to bed).

But if you have just 7-10 days instead of a month or at least three weeks at your disposal, and you are not simply wishing to be slimmer, but really-really need to lose weight, you can resort to “fast” diets.

And here we again want to remind you that you need to exit the proposed diets in a smooth manner. Otherwise, all the kilograms that you managed to lose will return very quickly. In addition, before you make up your mind to use one of such fast weight loss methods, you should better consult with your doctor.

Diet to lose weight by Christmas in 7-10 days

The principle of this diet is extremely simple. During the entire period, you need to consume only oatmeal porridge daily. And you should cook this porridge according to the following recipe:

  1. pour a cup of oatmeal flakes with boiling water
  2. let sit for 30-40 minutes,
  3. pour 1% yogurt over it.

You can eat the resulting porridge during the day when you feel hunger (4-6 times a day). Do NOT season your porridge with:

  • salt,
  • sugar,
  • oil or butter.

The amount of drinking water during such express diet is not limited. On the contrary, it is recommended to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water per day. All other products should be completely excluded.
